mcluck Terms & Conditions

1.1 By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the mcluck platform at mcluck.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mcluck platform and close your account if one has been created.

1.3 mcluck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Material amendments will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect.

1.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 To register an account with mcluck, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or a jurisdiction in which access to the mcluck platform is not prohibited by local law;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from any gaming platform, including mcluck;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of mcluck or any of its affiliated game providers;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with mcluck. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under the same or different names, are strictly prohibited. mcluck reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. mcluck will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify mcluck support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.4 mcluck reserves the right to decline any account registration at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide reasons.

3.1 As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, mcluck is legally obligated to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all registered accounts. You agree to submit the required documentation upon request, which may include but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine Statistics Authority PhilSys ID, SSS/GSIS card, Passport, Driver's Licence, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of GCash account showing matching name, or bank account holder confirmation);
• Source of funds documentation for high-volume accounts as required by applicable anti-money laundering laws.

3.2 Withdrawal of funds will be suspended pending successful completion of KYC verification. mcluck aims to complete standard KYC review within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of document submission during business days.

3.3 Submission of false, fraudulent, or third-party identity documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, in addition to any applicable legal consequences.

4.1 mcluck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods currently available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine pesos (₱100). Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily or weekly limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier, as published on the mcluck Cashier page.

4.3 All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered in the player's own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended.

4.4 mcluck does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or mobile network may apply their own applicable transfer charges, for which mcluck is not responsible.

4.5 Withdrawal requests may be subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) checks. mcluck reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing withdrawal funds if unusual transaction patterns are identified.

4.6 mcluck is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile network infrastructure beyond our operational control.

5.1 mcluck may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and conditions including, but not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods.

5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before they can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus wagering that meet the stated rollover requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 mcluck reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who are found to be exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts restricted.

5.4 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no player may claim the same promotional offer more than once, whether through the same account, a duplicate account, or any shared device or network.

6.4 Displayed game outcomes are final once confirmed by the mcluck game server. No claims regarding alternate outcomes alleged to have occurred due to display lag or client-side rendering errors will be accepted.

7.1 All sports bets placed on the mcluck sportsbook are subject to the general Terms herein and the specific rules applicable to each sport or competition, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

7.2 mcluck reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict betting on any event or market at any time, including but not limited to situations where market integrity may be compromised, where odds were published in error, or where regulatory directives require market withdrawal.

7.3 In-play (live) bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of bet confirmation. mcluck is not responsible for delays in live odds updates caused by data feed latency from third-party sports data providers.

7.4 Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body of each sport. In circumstances where an event is abandoned, postponed, or replayed, settlement rules specific to that sport as published by mcluck will apply.

7.5 Any bet placed using erroneous odds — where the quoted price is clearly inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement — may be voided by mcluck. Players who systematically exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcluck platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registration or use of the platform by individuals under 21 years of age;
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with mcluck games or the sportsbook;
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or any use of the platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits;
• Exploitation of software bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Any conduct that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the experience of other mcluck players.

8.2 Breach of any item in clause 8.1 may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and applicable law enforcement authorities where warranted.

9.1 mcluck reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspicious transaction activity, regulatory direction, or commercial decision.

9.2 Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balances or bonuses held in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by mcluck for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any legitimate uncontested balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9.3 Players may request closure of their own mcluck account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Account closure requests made in connection with a suspected gambling problem will be treated as a self-exclusion request and acted upon with priority.

9.4 Closed accounts may not be reopened within the applicable exclusion period. Players wishing to reactivate a closed account after a cooling-off period must contact support and confirm their identity via KYC documentation.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mcluck platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mcluck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including losses arising from: game outcomes; technical malfunctions or service interruptions; third-party payment delays; or reliance on information published on the platform.

12.2 mcluck's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 mcluck makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mcluck's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.2 By registering an account with mcluck, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform operation.

13.3 mcluck will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or regulated service providers strictly as required by applicable law or for the operation of the platform.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the mcluck platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and mcluck, you should first contact our customer support team, which is available 24/7 via live chat or by email at the contact address below. mcluck will endeavour to resolve the matter within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's complaint resolution process as the relevant regulatory body. mcluck operates under PAGCOR's jurisdiction and is subject to its oversight and enforcement authority.

14.4 Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.1 mcluck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or business operations.

15.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — mcluck will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.

15.3 Your continued use of the mcluck platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
